Finance Administrator

We are looking for someone who is interested in embarking on a career in Finance to join our growing team as a Finance Administrator. This is the perfect opportunity for a talented individual to join one of the UK's fastest growing MSPs, working on the latest, cutting-edge technologies.

Role summary:

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting team. To be successful in this role you will need excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure the smooth runnin of the Finance department. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to commercial and finance teams
  • Raise sales and purchase orders
  • Process expense claim forms
  • Reconcile credit card statements
  • Deal with finance related customer queries
  • Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cashbooks
  • Adhoc duties within the Finance department as required by management

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Can work under their own initiative
  • Is computer literate, particularly with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Is flexible and can take on a varied workload
  • Is familiar with Sage 200 & Microsoft Dynamics Nav (desirable)
  • Is studying towards AAT (desirable)
